This STANDARD PURCHASE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES is entered into by and between GARFIELD COUNTY, COLORADO (the “County”), a political subdivision of the state, through an authorized representative of the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS (the “BOCC”) and Kumar & Associates, Inc.
