This End User License Agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you, or in the event that you represent, or are obtaining or using WatchGuard’s Products & Services on behalf of a business or other entity, that business or entity (in either case, “you”), and WatchGuard Technologies, Inc., a Washington corporation (hereinafter, “WatchGuard”) and governs your use of the WatchGuard™ products and services that you have ordered, registered for or otherwise selected to use in connection with your acceptance of this License (the “Products & Services”).
