This Agreement is made and entered into this 12th day of May 2020 by and between the County of Tioga (hereinafter referred to as “Tioga”), the County of Clinton (hereinafter referred to as “Clinton”), the County of Lycoming (hereinafter referred to as “Lycoming”), and the SEDA-COG Joint Rail Authority (hereinafter referred to as “JRA”). For purposes of this Agreement, Tioga, Clinton, Lycoming, and JRA shall hereinafter jointly referred to as the “Parties” and each individually as a “Participant”.
