This Memorandum of Understanding is hereby entered into by and between Tyler Junior College, a political subdivision (hereinafter called “the College” or TJC), acting by and through its President; and the Tyler Independent School District, a Texas political subdivision participating in this agreement as the Tyler ISD Early College High School (hereinafter called “School District” or “ECHS”), acting by and through its Superintendent.
