I further acknowledge that I will be the primary contact for access to the space, audio/visual, lighting, air conditioning, and trash pickup. All other questions the sponsored party may have. (If I cannot fulfill this obligation, I will inform the Duncan Hall reservation coordinator regarding whom I have designated to perform these duties.)
