Prior to the effective date, the terms and conditions of the Change in Control Agreement dated January 1, 2020, will continue to be in effect, and if the Employee’s employment with the Bank is terminated for any reason prior to the Effective Date, this Agreement shall automatically terminate and be of no further force and effect.
