This Owner agreement, the HAT Privacy Policy (http://www.hatdex.org/privacy-policy- hat/), the HAT Acceptable Use Policy (http://www.hatdex.org/acceptable-use-policy/) and all other policies posted on the HATDeX Platform set out the terms on which HAT Data Exchange Limited offers you access to and use of our site, the Platform, services and applications (together the “Services”). We may change this Owner Agreement from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
