Pursuant to GLO Contract No. 18-127-027 (“Contract”) between the General Land Office (“the GLO”) and Freese and Nichols, Inc. (“Provider”), each a “Party” and collectively “the Parties,” Provider is authorized to perform the services described herein, subject to the terms of this Work Order No. C987 (“Work Order”). This Work Order amends the Contract, all provisions of which not amended herein remain in force and effect.
