This surrounding community agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of , 2014 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Blue Tarp reDevelopment, LLC (“MGM”), a Massachusetts limited liability company, with an office address of 1441 Main Street, Suite 1137, Springfield, MA, owner and developer of the MGM Springfield project in Springfield, Massachusetts and West Springfield, Massachusetts (the “Community”, the “Town” or “West Springfield”), a municipality in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (MGM and the Community hereinafter collectively the “Parties” or individually a “Party”).
