This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between You (“You”, “Your” or “Customer”) and Minitab, LLC (“Us”, “Our”, “We” or “Minitab”) for either of the Minitab software products identified above (“Software”) where You have purchased a subscription. Minitab and Customer are each sometimes referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties.”
