This Data Sharing Agreement is written to provide an overarching commitment to ensure that the appropriate sharing of information for Risk Stratification purposes is in accordance with Data Protection Legislation and all other applicable legal requirements including the NHS Act 2006 Section 251 approval (CAG 7-04(a)/2013 which also includes commissioning datasets approved under CAG 2-03(a)/2013). This Data sharing Agreement also confirms and includes any updated information required in regards to the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2016.
