DISH is an authorized distributor of satellite-based Internet access services supplied by ViaSat, Inc. (“ViaSat”) Your supplier of the Service is (your “Supplier”). If ViaSat is not named as your Supplier in the preceding sentence, please look at the name on your satellite modem to determine your Supplier.
