This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of evaluating the thermophysical properties of levitated materials, including metals and alloys, using the unique non-contact measurement capabilities of the MSFC electrostatic levitation (ESL) facility.
