The terms and requirements of this Limited Material Warranty (“Warranty”) apply to IKO Industries Inc. and IKO Industries Limited (“IKO”), and the original purchaser of the products who owns the property on which the products were installed (the “Owner”), which terms contain mandatory binding arbitration provisions. This Warranty covers accessory roofing products manufactured or sold by IKO.
