Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), NationsLine North Carolina, Inc. NationsLine South Carolina, Inc., NationsLine South, Inc., NationsLine Georgia, Inc., NationsLine Florida, Inc., NationsLine Kentucky, Inc., NationsLine Tennessee, Inc. (NationsLine), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated April 7, 2005 (“Agreement”) to be effective April 7, 2005.
