This Agreement is made and entered into as of April 1, 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Milpitas, a municipal corporation organized and operating under the laws of the State of California with its principal place of business at 455 E. Calaveras Boulevard, Milpitas, California 95035 (“City”), and Silicon Valley Independent Living Center (SVILC), a non-profit organization with its principal place of business at 25 N 14th St #1000, San Jose, CA 95112 (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”). City and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
