THIS AGREEMENT, is made and entered into as of the Effective Date (defined below), by and between GRAND OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, whose address is PO Box 7381, Wesley Chapel, FL 33545-0106 (hereinafter referred to as the “Property Owner”), and PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 37918 Meridian Avenue, Dade City, FL 33525 (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) (the Property Owner and the County, collectively the “Parties”).
