This agreement is for the storage of Dinghies, launching trolley, trailer or equipment, kayaks and windsurfers kept ashore in the Arun Yacht Club Dinghy Pen and hereafter collectively called “Vessels”. This agreement is not applicable for Yachts normally kept afloat in the marina and over wintered in the Club car park.
