This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”), forms part of the Tall Terms of Use (available at https://tall.agency/terms), or other written or electronic agreement, by and between Tall (“Tall”) and the undersigned customer of Tall (“Customer”) for certain optimisation, security, and/or other services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Tall (the “Main Agreement”). All capitalised terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Main Agreement. Each of Customer and Tall may be referred to herein as a “party” and together as the “parties.”
