The Company recognizes the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees working at or out of the Company operations in the Regional Municipality of Waterloo, the municipalities of London and Owen Sound, excluding Foremen, Supervisors, those above the rank of Foreman and Supervisor, Office Staff, and those employed for less than twenty-four (24) hours per week.
