The terms of this Schedule for PowerScribe 360: Term Transactional and Add-On Products and Service License (“Schedule”) between Nuance Communications, Inc. (“Nuance”) and County of San Bernardino, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (“Company”), apply to Nuance’s PowerScribe 360 Transactional Report Program and any Add-On Products and Services purchased in an order (the “Applicable Order”). This Schedule is made part of Healthcare Master Agreement dated August 29, 2014 between the Parties (“Agreement”) and becomes binding on Company when Company executes an Applicable Order. In the event of a conflict between the Agreement and the terms of this Schedule, the terms of this Schedule will prevail.
