The details which follow also set out the terms on which we do business with our members and others; those terms are to be treated as incorporated into any agreement howsoever and wheresoever constituted relating to any event hosted, organised, promoted, or supported by PL or to any sponsorship arrangements entered into by PL ("Relevant Agreement").
