This Customer Agreement contains the terms and conditions that govern your “Account” with Tradier Brokerage Inc. (“TBI”). First Southwest Company (“FSC”) serves your account as clearing agent by contractual arrangement with TBI, the introducing broker dealer who utilizes the services and facilities of FSC to perform certain execution and clearing functions (referred to herein as TBI. “You” or “your” refer to each person who signs an Account Application (as defined below) with FSC, or any designee of the person who signs the Account Application.
