This CONTRACT FOR SALE (“Agreement”) is made as of the Effective Date (as defined on EMOC’s signature page below) by and between EXXONMOBIL OIL CORPORATION, a New York corporation (“EMOC”), duly authorized to do business in the State of New York, and the TOWN OF ULYSSES, a political subdivision of the State of New York (the “Town”), upon the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
