if applicable, in consideration of the use of the premises known as the Jones Theater (the “Theater”), as further set forth on the Lease Agreement executed herewith, does hereby waive, remise, release, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge the Crystal Mountain Center for the Performing Arts, DBA the Westcliffe Center for the Performing Arts (WCPA) from all manner of action, causes of action, suits, debts, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, claims and demands whatsoever, which said User or which any personal representative, successor, heir or assign of said User including those claims and demands of the User’s agent, guest, licensees, and invitees, which hereafter any person can, shall or may have, against WCPA by reason of any matter, cause, activities on, condition of the premises or thing whatsoever arising from the use the Theater described above;
