NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Ordinance No. 4446 adopted July 16, 2019, the City of East Peoria, Tazewell County, Illinois (the “City”) intends to enter into a Loan Agreement with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency to borrow funds in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $66,000,000 and bearing interest per annum not to exceed the maximum rate authorized by law at the time of execution of the Loan Agreement, for the purpose of paying the costs of certain improvements to the sewerage system of the City. A complete copy of said Ordinance accompanies this notice.
