AGREEMENT governs the use by the customer (the “Customer”) named in the agreement with ASSA ABLOY’s Distributor of Software-as-a-Service and other Software Products of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions Ab, or its Affiliate (“ASSA ABLOY”). Each of ASSA ABLOY and Customer shall also be referred to as a “Party” or, in the collective, the “Parties.”
