The Governing Council of the University of Toronto (“U of T”) on behalf of the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering and Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (“Georgia State”) hereby confirm their wish to enter into this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on education and research collaborations.
