Grand River, Suite 201, Howell, Michigan 48843 (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) and the ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL OF LIVINGSTON COUNTY, a Michigan non-profit corporation, having its registered office at 218 E. Grand River, Brighton, Michigan 48116 (hereinafter referred to as the “EDC”).
