This Contract is between Kingsmark Services, LLC d/b/a Kingsmark Kennels (hereinafter called the “Kennel”) and the pet owner/representative whose signature appears below (hereinafter called the “Owner”). The term “pet” refers to all pets boarding with the same ownership or representative.
