This Agreement is entered into by and among the Jefferson Federation of Teachers (“JFT”), the Jefferson Parish School Board (“JPSB”), and the Jefferson Federation of Teachers Health and Welfare Fund (“Fund” or “JFTHW”) to be effective January 1, 2016, for the purpose of providing for the health and welfare benefits for Jefferson Parish Public School System (“JPPSS”) employees and for the administration of those benefits by the Jefferson Federation of Teachers Health and Welfare Fund.
