Terms and Conditions Applicable to Legacy Master Agreements with ConvergeOne Systems Integration, Inc. (“C1SI”)Terms and Conditions • May 6th, 2024
In the event that a customer (“Customer”) wishes to purchase products and/or services utilizing the terms and conditions of a Legacy Master Agreement that was entered into or otherwise later acquired by ConvergeOne Systems Integration, Inc. (formerly, Arrow Systems Integration, Inc.) (the “C1S1 Legacy Master Agreement”), the terms and conditions set forth below (the “C1SI Supplemental Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to such purchase to the extent applicable. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the C1SI Legacy Master Agreement, the C1SI Supplemental Terms and Conditions, and the terms and conditions of any Order (as hereinafter defined), the order of precedence shall be as follows: (i) the applicable Order (with the most recent and specific document controlling if there are conflicts between the Order and any applicable supporting document(s) incorporated into the applicable Order), (ii) the C1SI Supplemental Terms and Conditions, and (iii) the C1SI Legacy
