This Agreement is the contract of deposit which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Business Membership and Account(s) offered to you by Consolidated Community Credit Union ("Credit Union"). In this Agreement, the words "you" and "yours" mean those who sign the Business Account Card as applicants, joint owners or any authorized users. The words "we," "us," and "our" mean the Consolidated Community Credit Union. The word "account" means any one or more deposit accounts you have with the Credit Union, including savings, checking, money market, and share certificates of deposit, as applicable.
