This Joint Use Cooperative Agreement is entered into on the 21st of May of 2002 by and among Solano County, on behalf of the Solano County Library (Library), the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District (District) and the City of Fairfield (City). The purpose of this Agreement is to provide for certain joint venture projects as specified in Education Code Sections 19994(a) and Title 5 Library Bond Act Regulations 20440(e)(3)(g).
