This agreement applies to all users of the [PayFac] Payment Facilitator’s service payment service who have been approved to accept Visa and Mastercard transactions. This agreement is made between (1) you, the merchant; (2) Global Payments Australia 1 Pty Ltd (GPA); and (3) the Payment Facilitator (PayFac)
