TRADING PARTNERS TERMS AND CONDITIONS This agreement (see Appendix #6) details the terms and conditions of our partnership. It is important to review and understand the content of this agreement. This agreement details our expectations for being business partners. Specifics discussed include but are not limited to: acceptance of a purchase order and related pricing/allowances; warranty, guaranty and indemnification; shipping and delivery; insurance; and payment. CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE (COI) Wakefern is interested in doing business with partners who understand the significance of being properly protected against the risks of doing business in a very litigious environment. Wakefern believes that vendors must be properly insured. A new vendor must supply Wakefern with a certificate of insurance (see Appendix #7) as a prerequisite for setup.
