(“Agreement”) is made and entered into this this 14th day of June 2024, by and among: (i) Trelina Solar Energy Center, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Delaware (“Developer”), (ii) Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“Affected System Operator”); and (iii) the New York Independent System Operator, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York (“NYISO”). The Developer, Affected System Operator or the NYISO each may be referred to as a “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
