This Amendment One is valid if executed by both parties on or before March 14, 2022. Except as set forth in this Amendment, capitalized terms will have the definitions assigned to them in the Contract (defined below).

(“Contractor”), having its principal office at 575 West Murray Boulevard, Murray, Utah 84123, each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties,” enter into the following agreement (the “Contract”) for the licensing and use of the Contractor’s Core Grouping Software (“Software”), and associated services provided for under the software licensing and services agreement, to support HHSC and DSHS’ led healthcare quality and value-based improvement, incentive initiatives, and statewide data quality assurance in relation to inpatient and outpatient claims.
