HLBS has adopted this General Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) to inform you (“User(s)”) of your rights and duties when using the Website. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are expressly prohibited from using the Website and must discontinue your use immediately.
