The customer and 2fourseven have agreed to enter into this master consultancy agreement to enable the customer to procure the services set out in 2fourseven project specifications from time to time pursuant to 2fourseven’s consultancy terms and conditions. This master consultancy agreement shall remain in effect and shall not terminate except on written notice in accordance with 2fourseven’s consultancy terms and conditions. Upon termination, all amounts owed to 2fourseven under this master consultancy agreement and all project specifications shall become immediately due and payable. Except as otherwise provided the rights and obligations of the parties shall continue to bind the parties and any successors and
