THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this day of by and between Mamava, Inc, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Vermont, having its principal address at 47 Maples Street, Suite 103, Burlington, Vermont 05401 (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor"), and Miami-Dade County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, having its principal office at 111 N.W. 1st Street, Miami, Florida 33128 (hereinafter referred to as the "County").
