MSH DCAMM Land Disposition Agreement: MEPALand Disposition Agreement • January 25th, 2021
Per the MSH Land disposition Agreement with DCAMM, any development or redevelopment of Town-owned land north of Hospital Road, (or any portion thereof) by the Town and/or subsequent buyers or ground lessees must comply with MEPA. This compliance will likely include filling a Notice of Project Change (NPC) by the developer to update the project previously approved in the MEPA Certificate (EEOA No. 14448R) issued on April 2, 2010. (Reference ). The developer will be responsible for filing the Single Environmental Impact Report for its project as authorized by the Certificate and for any additional documents required by MEPA.
