This Agreement ("Agreement") dated MM /DD / YYYY , (“Effective date”)* between USER of this portal of Prospect Point of Sales Person (“POS”) and SMC Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd ("Company") (Thereafter referred to as SMC), sets forth the terms and conditions under which POS shall perform certain services for the Company. . POS and Company may also be referred to individually as a “party” and together as the “parties.”
