This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is incorporated by reference into Crucial Data Solutions’ (“CDS”) Terms of Service available at crucialdatasolutions.com/terms-of-service or other agreement governing the use of CDS’ services (“Agreement”) entered by and between you, the Customer (as defined in the Agreement) (collectively, “you”, “your”, “Customer”), and Crucial Data Solutions, Inc. (“CDS”, “us”, “we”, “our”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data by CDS solely on behalf of the Customer. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) is incorporated by reference into monday.com’s Terms of Service available at www.monday.com/terms/tos or other agreement governing the use of monday.com’s services (“Agreement”) entered by and between you, the Customer (as defined in the Agreement) (collectively, “you”, "your”, “Customer”), and monday.com Ltd. (“monday.com”, “us”, “we”, “our”) to reflect the parties’ agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data by monday.com solely on behalf of the Customer. Both parties shall be referred to as the “Parties” and each, a “Party”.
