This Agreement is entered into on the day of , 2010, by and between the Board of Education of the Wakefield-Marenisco School District, hereinafter called the Board, and the Wakefield-Marenisco Education Support Personnel Association, hereinafter called the Association, affiliated with the WUPEA/MEA-NEA. The signatories shall be the sole parties to this Agreement.
