(hereinafter referred to as "the Association") desires to sponsor and promote a scattered site housing show the 2020 SPRING TOWN AND COUNTRY NEW HOME & SPECIALTY RETAIL TOUR hereinafter referred to as ("Home Show") and WHEREAS, the undersigned Association member / developer and the Association desire to set forth the terms of participation in said Home Show.
