THIS AGREEMENT This Intergovernmental Agreement Jefferson County Economic Development Program (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the CITY OF MADRAS, a municipality of the State of Oregon, hereinafter “Madras”, the CITY OF METOLIUS, a municipality of the State of Oregon, hereinafter “Metolius”, the CITY OF CULVER, a municipality of the State of Oregon, hereinafter “Culver”, and JEFFERSON COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon, hereinafter “County”, all individually and collectively referred to as the “Parties“Party(ies).” Madras, Metolius, and Culver may be individually and collectively referred to as the “City(ies).”
