This Professional Services Agreement (Agreement) is made effective as of June 20, 2018 (Effective Date), by and between Charter Services, LLC, a California limited liability company (Consultant), and the City of Lompoc, a municipal corporation (City). Consultant and City are referred to herein individually as a “party” and collectively as the “parties.”
