Ltd., a Company incorporated under the Laws of India and having its Corporate Office at 301, 3RD Floor, Ansal Classique Tower, J-Block, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, India through its authorized signatory Mr. Pradeep Sudhakaran or Mrs. Deblina Dey (hereinafter collectively referred as “EGLOBE”) which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning hereof include the executor(s), administrators, heirs, legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns (as the case may be) being the Party of the FIRST PART.
