My child, , is not yet 18-years-old and will participate in the Yale University (“Yale”) Grey Matter Project, from (current date) through the duration that my child is a high school student, (the “Program”). The Grey Matter Project consists of virtual lectures and career panels and local, club based activities that is run by the Yale Department of Neurology. This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my child’s participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Yale” means Yale, its trustees, officers, employees, trainees, students, volunteers, and agents.
